Kent Flatpack is excited to launch our new rewards scheme as a way to give back to our loyal customers and enhance your overall experience with us.

We value the trust you place in our service, and this program allows us to reward you for every purchase and interaction. Whether it’s assembling your furniture, buying from our store at KFPHome.com or referring friends, we want to say thank you by offering exclusive points and discounts.

With our rewards scheme, we aim to strengthen our connection with customers and ensure that every time you choose Kent Flatpack, you’re also earning benefits that make future purchases even more rewarding.

Points can be redeemed through our website at KFPHome.com

Once you convert your points, a voucher will be created and automatically added to your basket at checkout.

Every 1,000 KFP points is equivalent to £5.00.

Points can only be redeemed for vouchers on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash, sterling, or any other currency.

For furniture assembly orders through KentFlatpack, your reward points will be added upon completion of your booking.

What are they worth and how can I spend them?

There are many ways you can earn points and, you may even have earned some already!

Existing Customers: We are backdating points to all customers for the past three years.
Use our services through Kent Flatpack or order items from KFP Home and you’ll earn 10 KFP Points for every £1 spent.
Share our Facebook page and earn 500 KFP Points.
Follow us on Instagram and earn 250 KFP Points.
Refer a friend and you’ll both earn £5.00 in rewards.
Simply join the rewards scheme and earn 2,000 KFP Points.

For customers who have used Kent Flatpack services through third-party purchases, your KFP points will be calculated based on the items we’ve assembled for you. The following points breakdown applies to items:

Trampolines, Wardrobes, Sheds, Climbing Frames, and Wallbeds: 2,000 KFP points will be added to your rewards balance within 24 hours of your assembly service.

That’s £10.00 added to your balance!

Simply join our KFP Rewards scheme using the same email linked to your booking, and your points will be automatically credited. This ensures that even when you book through a third party, you’ll still enjoy the benefits of our rewards program!

General Conditions.

KFP Rewards: Terms and Conditions

– KFP points are not transferable between accounts or individuals.

– Points earned through purchases, referrals, or social media engagement are subject to validation by Kent Flatpack.

– Vouchers or discounts earned through KFP points cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers unless specifically stated.

– Kent Flatpack reserves the right to amend or terminate the KFP Rewards program at any time, with notice provided through the app or via email to members.

– Points accumulated will expire if an account remains inactive (no purchases or redemptions) for a period of 12 months.

By using the KFP Rewards App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and any future updates to the program.

As a special thank you to our loyal customers, we are backdating KFP points for all purchases made since 01 October 2021. If you’ve shopped with us since that date, simply sign up for the KFP Rewards scheme using the same email address linked to your previous purchases, and we’ll automatically credit your account with points equivalent to the value of your spends within 24 hours.

For every £1.00 you’ve spent since 01 October 2021, you will receive 10 KFP points, which will be added to your account once you join the program. This is our way of saying thanks for being a valued customer!

Welcome to the KFP Rewards App! By participating in the KFP Rewards program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which outline how to earn, redeem, and use your KFP points.

How to Earn Points

Customers can earn KFP points in a variety of ways:

Purchases: Earn 10 KFP points for every £1.00 spent on purchases with us.
Facebook: Share our Facebook page and receive 500 KFP points.
Instagram: Follow us on Instagram to earn 500 KFP points.
Join the Rewards Scheme: Sign up for our rewards program and earn an instant 2,000 KFP points. After 6th October 2024, this amount will reduce to 1,000 points.
Referral Program: Refer friends, family, or colleagues to KFP. When your referral makes a purchase of £20 or more, they’ll receive £5 off their order, and you’ll earn a £5 KFP Voucher.

Redeeming Points

– Points can be redeemed through our website at KFPHome.com. Once you convert your points, a voucher will be created and automatically added to your basket at checkout.

– Every 1,000 KFP points is equivalent to £5.00.

– Points can only be redeemed for vouchers on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash, sterling, or any other currency. There is a minimum order value of £50 on the KFPHome.com website.
