Our teams have been assembling their products across the UK for over five years.
From wardrobes to wallbeds, we’ve assembled everything.

BEFORE THE BOOKING

We tend to need around 7-10 days notice however, this can be less in some areas.

 

We will send you a confirmation email detailing the date and time slot of your booking.    This time slot will have an arrival time of either 9am to 12pm or 12pm to 5pm (depending on your preferred choices).
You’ll receive a reminder SMS and email 24 hours before your booking.  This will be sent to the details you provided at time of purchase.
Need to change your booking date?
Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reschedule this for you.

ON THE DAY OF THE BOOKING

We do offer a carry to room service as some couriers cannot take the delivery into your home.   


This service is charged at £25 and can be booked by clicking here.

Please note the service must be booked in advance so that we can allocate enough time to your appointment and save delays on subsequent bookings.
You will receive an SMS alert detailing how far away the installer is.  This arrival time is estimated as it’s based on live traffic flow.  This is generally an hour before their arrival.
Please ensure the chosen build is free from any debris.  Dogs, cats and toddlers should be kept away from our installers while they’re building.  This is because we are handling small fixings and the last thing we want is for them to cause injuries.

ON COMPLETION OF THE BOOKING

When the installer has completed the build, they will take some time to complete our full checklist to ensure the furniture has been assembled correctly. 

 

Once complete, they will invite you to take a walk-around of the build.  Please ensure you are happy with the completed build. 

 

We ask both, the installer and the customer to sign the checklist to say this has been done however, you are still covered by our workmanship guarantee should any issues arise after their departure.

 

Your installer will conduct a safety check on every build.

CAN YOU TAKE AWAY RUBBISH?

MISSING OR DAMAGED PARTS?

Before we confirm your booking, we will have been advised that all boxes have been delivered and are intact.
In the unlikely event that there are damaged or missing parts, we’ll take care of it.
Our installers are asked to spend the first part of their appointment inspecting all parts.
We will let Arthauss know exactly which parts are needed and work with them to get any replacements sent and us to re-attend as soon as possible.
We’re unable to take away the rubbish as we do not hold a waste carrier license.
Our installers are asked to ensure all boxes and packaging are tidied away on completion.
Your local refuse companies will always take the packaging.
